CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY Clients must cancel their appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the full price cancellation fee. This fee will be credited toward any future rescheduled appointments. NO SHOW POLICY Clients who no-show and fail to notify me will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. If you’d like to reschedule, a new non-refundable $100 retainer fee will be required before securing a new appointment. LATE POLICY Clients who arrive 15+ minutes late to their appointment will be marked as a no-show and will need to reschedule. No exceptions. GUEST POLICY Out of respect for the space and the other artists working in the studio, I kindly ask that clients do not bring guests to their appointments. The studio is a shared space with limited room, and to maintain a clean, distraction-free environment for everyone.
